Stress Assessment Programme

For individuals with long-term or a history of stress-related problems, we provide a written assessment of stress factors and intervention plan which is agreed between the individual, the trainer and the company. The individual is then responsible for following the plan. Progress will be monitored and extra support given if necessary. This structure provides a clear path for the individual to develop skills to overcome the existing stress problem and build resilience to help prevent problems in future.

1:1 Stress Reduction Coaching / Individual Consultations

For companies local to our base in Brighton, England we offer a series of 3 interviews where the individual with particular stress management requirements will receive personal tuition. Goals are agreed between the coach and the client and progress monitored throughout. The series concludes with a personal profile, with suggestions for further reading, training or practice and the option of follow-up interviews. We also consider it beneficial to liase with the individual’s manager, should this be appropriate.
